Dorothee is a professional leadership coach and intercultural consultant supporting teams and their leaders in personal and team development.
She has been working for more than 10 years with agile and international teams and believes that trust and relationship is here even more needed than elsewhere. Her key driver is creating more value through a clear and honest communication and with transparent structures.
She works in four languages (English, German, Spanish and French) and counts on a huge professional experience abroad (mainly France, Spain and Latin America). She loves building bridges between cultural and other types of diversity, searching for deep relationships through a clear and honest communication between people from all over the world. Therefore, also her clients are very diverse: young international postdocs at university, executives in chemical and automotive industry, leaders and teams in public international organizations as the Red Cross and the GIZ (German Agency for International Cooperation).
Dorothee is a co-active® and certified ICF coach (PCC), who has made the journey from the academic world of a Ph.D. in Comparative Linguistics into the space of personal impact in Leadership and Team Development.
Her coaching approach is based on a systemic and humanistic leadership model, intercultural and linguistic studies and resource-oriented psychology (as i.e. the Zurich Resource Model).
She practices yoga, plays the guitar and loves singing and being in nature with her children.
