Through the video-series “Leading in uncertain times”, we decided to give a voice to the leaders, these women and men who - every day - manage the unprecedented crisis of the Covid-19, show resilience, adapt and find solutions adapted to their environment.
Throughout their testimonials, they are sharing how they have handled the situation, and are sharing some insights on how to lead in uncertain times.
We will be releasing testimonials every week, so stay tuned.
We are happy to talk to Georges Chakar, the CEO of LINK Advisory (Dubai) within our video-series "Leading in Uncertain times". Discover how he experienced the Covid-19 crisis , and how he leads his team and company through it. Bakon USA Food Equipment is a leading international company manufacturing and distributing food equipment for the bakery, pastry and chocolate industry.
The company was founded in 1986 in The Netherlands, and the US entity was created in 1991 to better serve the needs of the North-American customers.
In this testimonial, Luc is sharing how he is leading his teams and company through the Covid-19 crisis. He is putting forward a technique he learned in the army, namely the use of acronyms. To lead in these uncertain times, he articulated the whole company approach around the acronym "CORRONAH".
