Professional experience

Connor is a seasoned Leadership Coach, Facilitator and Change Catalyst.

He is inspired by a vision of purpose driven leaders creating extraordinary results in an unpredictable and complex world. Connor supports leaders to translate their vision into goals and to create their path forward. When working with teams, he enables them to have conversations that they can’t have anywhere else.

Connor believes leadership starts within, is grounded in a strong vision and embedded in strong relationships. Connor empowers leaders to step into their purpose and values, to uncover their limiting beliefs, and to make choices which serve their vision.

When Connor enters a room, he brings trust, laughter and intimacy, rooted in a deep respect of our shared humanity. He is passionate about uncovering the issues that really matter, in service of transforming organisations and lives. To do this, he voices what needs to be heard, even when uncomfortable, and will not sidestep the key concerns. His deep connection to teams allows him to sense what they need to create. Using his natural humour, he releases their energy so they can move forward with lightness and purpose.

Connor has worked in the areas of leadership, people management, personal effectiveness and personal development for over 20 years. He is experienced at all organisational levels across the public and semi-state sectors, and in third level institutions, financial services, the energy infrastructure, entrepreneurial and tourism sectors. His focus is working with managers and leaders to enable them to become more conscious of what they are creating every day and to take fuller responsibility for their impact. He calls them forth to step into their agency to effect the change they seek and gives them the tools and capability to make a difference.
