What to expect?

  1. A few days after having purchased your TLV, you will receive a personalized link to the online TLV diagnostic. You’ll be invited to answer 80 questions focusing on the 14 essential qualities of a high-performing team. Answer to these questions with your team in mind. It will take you no more than 20 minutes to complete.

  2. Then we’ll do the magic for you! We’ll generate a multi-layer report with key insights on the strengths and areas for growth within your team.

  3. Me and my partners we’ll then share the results with you in a zoom call. During this zoom call, we’ll share the outcomes of your TLV assessment, and identify some directions on how to further grow the performance of your team. The report will be sent to you in pdf format just after our debriefing session. You can book your 60 minutes debriefing session right away (see below).
